Before you apply, gather the following information:

• Social Security Number and Date of Birth for all applicants
• Income Information-we will need to verify your income and employment history for the past 2 years.
• Asset Information-be prepared to input information about your assets from your bank statements
• Purchase Agreement (purchase loans only)
• Mortgage Statement for current mortgage (refinances only)

Once your application is submitted, your loan officer will ask for the following documents:

• Current Paystubs covering the most recent 30 days for each applicant
• W2 forms for the last 2 years
• Bank Statements covering the most recent 2 months (include all pages)
• Tax Returns for the last 2 years (self employed borrowers only)
• Homeowner's Insurance Information
